Homely beach stay Positive: This is a beautiful and spacious home, conveniently located near the beach, and offers excellent entertainment options. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning and fans ensured a cool environment. There are two bathrooms, one of which features a large bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary accessories for home cooking, making it a truly homely and comfortable stay. Mel and her team were super accommodating with our check in/out times which we really appreciated. Negative: The water pressure in the shower and kitchen was a bit low, and it's a shame there wasn't a dryer, but there's a laundromat 5 minutes away if you need it.

Great place to stay in Papamoa. Has everything you need in a fantastic location to the beach. Highly recommended.

Right from the start the communication was excellent, the house was amazing with everything we could need. It was large, bright and very clean. Close to amenities and the beach, would definitely stay here again.

Nice home close to the beach. Was lovely and clean. Well equipped - even provided coffee pods for the coffee machine. Communication with the host was very good.
